  • White-crowned Sparrow who found a small amount of shade on a 97 degree day in Clark Valley
  • White-tailed Antelope Squirrel in Blair Valley Anza Borrego
  • Side-Blotched Lizard in Blair Valley Anza Borrego. There were lots of these lizards sunning on the rocks. They have some real bright turqoise and orange colors. They are small, this one about the size of my finger.

  • Three more mylar ballons found this day. One of them was the mother lode, it had about 9 ballons all tied into a circle.

  • This is rock carving near the Morteros in Blair Valley. I thought it was interesting because you could not see how the carvings curved up and over the rock unless you were standing up on top. From the ground looking straight at it you don't really the carvings.
  • This pictograph can be found on the Morteros trail in Balir Valley. I am not sure how authentic it is though given the high quality of it.
