Bighorn Count 2011Anza Borrego State Park

  • Red and Yellow collar together again
  • Blue or black collar on the midle sheep
  • Red collar sheep and a Ram
  • A Ram and a couple of yearlings it looks like. There is actually a forth sheep behind the Ram
  • Blue or Black collar sheep in the middle
  • Our view of the Palms from upper Hellhole Canyon ridge
  • Dennis my counting partner. It reached 112 on this day.
  • An older Ram and possible a younger Ram pop up out of nowhere at the west end of the canyon around 12pm
  • At least six sheep in this photo, one with a red collar
  • One of the bigger Ram's and the red collar sheep seem to always be together. The sheep in the lower right has a very indented rear end so he needs water
  • Seven sheep, one big Ram and the red collar again
  • 13 sheep in this picture. There is at least one older Ram and one younger Ram. Also a Yellow and possible Beige collar
